disabling smartmap

To disable SmartMap completely:

  1. Backup and edit using vi the objects_5_0.C located at $FWDIR/conf on the active CMA / SmartCenter
  2. Search for the line entry: totally_disable_VPE
  3. Change the value from false to true
  4. Save and exit vi, restart the CMA / SmartCenter
